Wild Game Recipe: White Bean Turkey Chili

Do you love turkey hunting and chili? Who doesn't? 

Now that turkey season is wrapping up around the country, we all have have to ask ourselves how are we going to cook up that delicious meat? Thankfully, Rihana Cary of Rih's Recipes has taken the thinking out of it and provided this pretty excellent wild turkey recipe for you to try. If all you have is the breast meat and leg meat, you are going to need a grinder, but otherwise, this turkey chili recipe comes together pretty quickly.

  • 30oz can of cannellini beans
  • 15 oz black eyes peas,
  • 2 lbs wild turkey
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • zucchini
  • squash
  • small onion
  • anaheim pepper
  • jalapeno pepper
  • 2T garlic
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • pepper jack cheese
  • cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper
