They look like nasal bot fly worms, which are most definitely a surprise.
Many chimed in on social media claiming that they had seen it before. Some even claimed they ate the meat anyway. While I'm not sure if the worms would have any effect on the meat or not, I feel like I would pass just based on the looks of those nasty little things.
