Although these people are speaking another language (which sounds like Russian), you can tell they're calmly talking and hanging out while feeding a young polar bear through the window of their house.
Is it a wild bear? A rescue animal? Does anyone in this world even have a rescue polar bear?
It's anybody's guess what is going on here:
So if it is a wild bear, chances are it'll keep hanging around until these kind humans walk outside and it makes them a target.
There's a reason why it's illegal in both the U.S. and Canada to feed wild animals. Obviously polar bears exist beyond North America, as does ignorance.
