Once again, Joerg Sprave makes a movie weapon a reality.
Joerg Sprave of the Slingshot Channel has a penchant for making working real-world versions of fictional movie weapons. Today he's at it again. This time he's working on a fictional weapon seen in the vampire movie "From Dusk till Dawn." If you've seen the film, you may recall a young Juliette Lewis using an awesome pump-action crossbow to take down hordes of vampires.
So naturally, Sprave decided he just had to make this weapon a reality, and he does it by converting an ordinary youth compound bow!
We have to admit, we never thought about the mechanics of Juliette's pump-action crossbow when watching the movie. We didn't even realize the thing was probably a non-functioning prop. Movie magic will make you believe almost anything.
Still, he found a way around the hurdles and made this weapon a reality. Now he's ready for vampires and zombies!
This guy is a genius when it comes to engineering this stuff, especially since we're only now learning from this video he doesn't have a background in it! We can't wait to see what he creates next!
