Orvis Nailed it with These Open Air Fishing Shirts

If you love fishing shirts like I do, Orvis has it going on.

As luck would have it, I'm fortunate enough to very possibly have an autoimmune disease that really flares up when I get in the sun. As a guy who owns a small fly fishing company, as well as works a vast majority of time on the water, this is pretty much a death sentence. Ongoing tests are trying to pinpoint exactly what I have, but I'm going to very happy to find out exactly what it is. With that in mind, I'm not going to stop fishing. Instead, I just have to take better care of myself out on the water. These Orvis Open Air fishing shirts make it pretty easy.

To make a long story short, the longer I'm exposed to the sun, the worse I feel. So, these days when I hit the water, every single inch of my body is covered. I'm talking long pants, hooded shirts, sun mask, gloves, etc. I've quickly found that there are good shirts for this and there are bad shirts for this. Seeing as I'm becoming sort of an expert in this field, these fishing shirts from Orvis absolutley hit the nail on the head.

$89.00 is a fair price for this specialized product - a guy like me would pay a lot more for something like this. In other words, if you are kicking around the idea of protecting yourself from the sun, you aren't going to find much better, either.
