Travel YouTuber Passes Away At 51: All Confirmed Details

Let's pour one out for travel YouTuber Adam the Woo. The online influencer and real life adventurer has died at 51.

Speaking with People, Osceola County Sheriff's Office confirmed Adam, whose real name is David Adam Williams, died at his home in Celebration, Florida. They found him deceased on Monday.

"The residence was secured, and no contact was made with the adult male residing there," a spokesperson for the sheriff's office said. "Deputies later responded back to the location for an unattended death at 2:53 p.m."

A friend discovered the travel YouTuber dead. The friend borrowed a ladder and peered through a third-story bedroom window. That's where they found the YouTuber dead in bed.

"Upon entering the residence with Fire Rescue, the male was pronounced deceased," the sheriff's office said. Police are investigating the death and will determine a cause of death.

Williams famously explored film and movie locations as well as abandoned places. Earlier this year, he began to expand his reach outside America with more trips abroad. He recorded his final video on Saturday. In that video, he showed off the various Christmas decorations in Celebration.

Fellow YouTube creator Justin Scarred also paid tribute to the YouTuber.

"This breaks my heart and I want to say nothing right now," Scarred wrote."I don't have the right photo or the right words. But with all the rumors, I feel I need to say what I can. The world has lost a giant, and I have lost a friend closer to me than blood."

"Please pray for his parents Jim and June and his sister Faith," he added. "He had so many wonderful friends and knew that he was loved. I don't know what to do or to say; this comes at horrible time and is most horrible for his family. Please keep THEM in your thoughts and prayers," Scarred wrote.
