Flying Duck Nailed with a Bow in Awesome Slo-Mo Action

Tim Wells shows us the true meaning of accuracy as he arrows a duck on the fly.

Downing a duck isn't the easiest of feats - and that's when targeting them with a gun. So how hard do your figure it might be to connect when slinging arrows? We're thinking not an easy task. That is unless you're Tim Wells.

While recently testing the new Phoenix Oneida bow at a small pond, Wells lays the smack down on an unsuspecting mallard duck with a well-placed (and more importantly timed!) arrow. It's definitely a video you need to see to believe.

Who wants to give this a try? Would definitely be cool, but we're also thinking it might result in a few lost arrows.

There's something about a duck, cupping as it approaches a decoy spread, that just makes the trigger finger itchy. Or in this case, the string finger.

Thanks for showing us it can be done, Tim. Sweet shooting.
