When the weather outside is frightful, just hit the three-wheel motion!
The first snow of the season always brings a little extra traffic as motorists reacclimatize themselves to the slippery conditions, and while the slow traffic is a nuisance for commuters, one lowrider enthusiast in Detroit had other plans.
During the Motor City's first big snow storm this winter, the driver of this 1962 Chevrolet Impala figured it would be a great opportunity to show off the car's hydraulics.
Although this is an ill-advised move considering the accumulation of snow and slush on the roadway, it stands as proof that even Mother Nature can't impede car culture.
It's easy to see why lowrider culture tends to be a Southern California phenomenon, though. We'd hate to think what all that ice, freezing weather, and road salt will do to the car's high-dollar hydraulics.
Be sure to check out both videos that show this Impala three-wheeling down the snowy, Detroit interstate.
