This Squid Goes From the Tank to Sashimi in 2 Minutes and Never Stops Twitching

A skilled chef fishes a squid out of the tank, fillets it, puts it on the plate, and it never stops moving. Still ready for that sashimi?

The real reason humans began to fish from the waters of the earth is obvious: food. Once we began to get good at it, many new creatures started to show on our radar as table fair including octopi, and of course, squid.

While venerable chefs found ways to make these species more palatable and show us how good they can truly be to eat, you may not be ready for what this looks like.

It's hard not to think that the squid knows what's happening to it, right?

Most animals have some kind of nerve 'memory' that may keep their muscles moving after they're dead.

The crazy part of this kind of sashimi is when they pour the sauce on... and it starts to wiggle on the plate!

No doubt that this is considered a delicacy in many parts pf the world and I would like to try it, right up until it tries to get up out of the bowl and get away.
