We are big fans of country music, but we love these stars mainly because of their special pets.
These country stars are famous for lots of things but there is another thing they all have in common besides music: they love their animals.
Miranda Lambert

Her name may be synonymous with modern country music but she has quite the reputation in the animal adoption world as well. Lambert runs MuttNation, a non-profit pet rescue organization that aims to end animal cruelty, neglect, and homelessness.
She is a horse girl at heart and has many dogs and cats in her life.
Kacey Musgraves
Kacey Musgraves is a Texas country gal with a soft spot for pets in need. Her three-legged dog Pearl was the love of her life, and she is not afraid to let her fans know.
Last Christmas, Pearl was hit involved in a hit-and-run car accident but survived.
She also has a little Chihuahua, another new puppy named Pepper, and loves horses!
Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood is most famous for winning "American Idol" in 2005 but also has a ton of dogs who are social media stars. She's a vegan and was voted "World's Sexiest Vegetarian" by PETA in 2007.
Hunter Hayes
Hunter Hayes may be the youngest new country music heartthrob, but we love him because of his adopted former racing Greyhound.
Taylor Swift
T-Swift is synonymous with 21st-century pop culture, to say the least. But her two diva cats Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson are arguably just as famous. The two Scottish Fold cats are as cute as they are sassy and often make appearances in Taylor's social media posts.
Dierks Bentley
Dierks Bentley is the country boy next door and really struck a chord when he recorded a song that was about his beloved dog Jake who was dying of cancer.
Jake was by Bentley's side for 15 years through thick and thin, and not many fans can get through the song "Can't Be Replaced" without shedding a tear.
These country stars are obviously famous because of their music, but in our book they are amazing because of the pets in their life.
