If you've eaten flathead catfish before, this clip is about to make your mouth water.

Flatheads are by far my favorite catfish to eat. Thick, white fillets from these beauties make for the perfect summer fish fry.

Now I just have to find out where this video is so I can plan my next fishing trip! I'm not entirely sure what caused all of these fish to school so closely together, but the comments indicate people have seen this before.

Jake Carlson sent us this video of what appears to be hundreds of flatheads schooled tightly together in very shallow water.

It's probably winter time in this video, as their lethargic behavior tells me the water temperature is probably very cold.

I would bet you could put the tastiest bait right in front of their mouths and they wouldn't take it.

The next step is to get in and start noodling!
