Video: Diver Finds a Tiny Ditched Revolver at the Bottom of a Georgia River

Could someone have used this tiny pistol in a crime?

Already this year we've shared not one, not two, but three different videos of YouTubers Brandon, Tristan and Jake finding long-lost weapons. Each of them was seemingly ditched in their local river in Columbus, Georgia.

Jake, aka DALLMYD, already had a pretty good day at the river, scooping up all kinds of interesting things before finding a tiny little revolver that'd been on the river bottom so long it snapped when he picked it up!

This was definitely the oldest and most deteriorated of all the firearms these guys have found. But there definitely seems to little question someone ditched this thing in the river, likely to help cover up a crime of some sort. Whether the police will be able to gather any valuable evidence from it is a whole other matter. Whoever did this wasn't exactly a criminal mastermind. That's a very crude, electrical-tape grip they added to this old revolver.

But can we once again say kudos to these guys for their work in cleaning up the river? Finding stuff like this and helping the police is really cool, but helping keep the river clean is a great form of community service that we should all practice more often. Good work, guys!
