Buckyball magnetic buckshot seemed like a good idea.
How would these spherical magnets do loaded in a shotgun shell?
Wide Open Spaces video contributor TAOFLEDERMAUS, who has been experimenting with ammo for years on his YouTube channel, was curious about it, and set for the range.
Buckyball magnets are buckshot-sized magnets that happen to fit nicely into a 12-gauge shotgun shell. Would they stick together all the way to the target? Would they cause problems within the shotgun itself? Would they stick to metal targets after being firing into them?
This experimental shotgun load is quite an interesting concept.
