A free-running moose in Winnipeg, Manitoba, delays a CFL game between the Blue Bombers and the Roughriders.
It's football season here in the states and for our Canadian neighbors across the border. Here in the states, however, we can't remember the last time a moose put a kibosh on the festivities!
In an uproarious turn of events, people saw the young moose running loose near the thoroughfares of Pembina and Chancellor Matheson. Local police alerted fans tailgating before the kickoff of a "moose on the loose."

While there are many in America who enjoy CFL football, it's probably safe to say more would be watching if a moose could be seen stirring things up every week.

Twitter user Sara Orlesky summed it up for those there to watch the game.
"It just keeps getting better. Kickoff is just over 30 min away and one of the main roads to the stadium is now closed because of the moose."
