Here's How You Should Catch and Cook Lobster

The only thing better than cooking lobsters is doing it in the Bahamas.

Luiza and Jimmy head down to Old Bahama Bay in the Bahamas to catch and cook lobster. Check out all the action as they have a blast in this tropical paradise.

In case you missed it, when you go lobstering, you'll need the following items: fins, mask, snorkel, gloves, and a Hawaiian sling spear.

The lobsters in this area hide underneath the grass beds and coral, and in order to catch them, he sometimes had to lure them out with the spear. Did you see how he would then catch them with his hands? It was a bold strategy, but it paid off.

To clean the lobsters, you first cut around the top of the shell near the head, or you can twist the tail off using gloves. Then you'll need to devein them, and to do this, you simply push the waste out from the hole in the bottom tail using a think stick.

The waters of the Bahamas are teeming with exotic fish life, from triggerfish to barracudas an turtles. Consider this area of the Bahamas if you want to fish and eat in a beautiful tropical spot.
