Exclusive Colorado Hunting Ranch Hits The Market for $45 Million

Hey everyone! If we all go in together, this could be ours!

Okay, wow. If you want to talk about a dream Colorado hunting ranch that's out of reach even for millionaires, here it is. Motherwell Ranch, southwest of Steamboat Springs, is a paradise already located in Heaven. This 10,350-acre ranch was once owned by a Las Vegas businessman, and now it's on the market

According to the report, this property offers "privacy, diverse landscape, abundant water, plentiful wildlife and ideal location."

So what do you get with $45 million? How about 16 square miles of prime elk and mule deer habitat? Maybe a private river stocked with trout? Okay, well if that doesn't impress you, there's also a clay pigeon range, permanent tents outfitted with plumbing, three log cabins, the owner's cabin and a horse facility.

To top it all off, 4,000 acres of the 10,350 is fenced offering a booming elk herd living on the property. Considering it's 4,000 acres, that's about as close to free range inside a fence as you can get. Also in that fence is an elevation change of more than 2,000 feet.

Don't worry about getting there either. It's only 20 minutes from a small regional airport.
