Deathmatch of the Day: Saltwater Croc vs. Shark

A saltwater crocodile was freeloading some scraps from a fishing boat when a shark tried to get in on the action. Now you see the shark, now you don't.

Some fishermen on the Prince Regent River near Kimberley, Western Australia were discarding some fish scraps when an enterprising crocodile came up for a free lunch.

Since there were plenty of sharks nearby that had a hankering for some free fish, it as only  a matter of time before one got a little to close to the croc.

Here's the shark lunch everybody's talking about:

Christian Kennedy, one of the fishermen told Perth Now,

"The huge saltwater croc approached the feeding frenzy of sharks. But it wasn't interested in the fish scraps, it just lay in the water patiently waiting...then suddenly, as a shark swam up to grab a fish scrap, the croc grabbed the shark and dragged it away to nearby mangroves."

What's next a raging rhino stopping traffic? Yeah you can see that right here.
