Talk about objections! A couple had their intimate wedding interrupted when Mother Nature had other plans. A terrifying rock slide came barreling towards them.
The incident was caught on video. It happened in Ivins, Utah. The couple traveled to the scenic location for a private wedding ceremony. They were secretly getting eloped. That's when they heard the sound of a rock slide from the mountain behind them.
As I'm sure you can imagine, it was all quite terrifying. Speaking with people, eyewitness Shane Schieve said the incident happened that evening. The couple were getting near the end of the ceremony. That's when they all heard a really loud noise from overhead.
Rock Slide at Wedding
Schieve had agreed to loan his 1970 SS 454 Monte Carlo to the couple for the wedding photo shoot. He had been watching the ceremony when he saw the rockslide. At first, when he heard the news, he assumed that it had been a military plane in the area.
"I can understand why people say they've seen UFO's don't get pictures, because it took everything I had to stop looking at it in awe and get my phone out and start [the] video," he said. "It was so loud, it was a thunderous roar."
