Here's what many hunters consider the best kill shot: the double-lung. This buck never knew what happened to him!

There's no question about it. If you can hit an animal right in the pump house (yes the heart) you'll drop it like a sack of potatoes.

Maybe the easiest, most sought after shot chosen by most hunters is the lung shot. Getting your arrow or your bullet to pass through both lungs is maybe the best and most sure way to harvest your favorite game animal. (There's a great slow-mo replay at 3:28).

When they finally got to the deer there was an obvious pass-through hole on the deer's right side.

Any lung shot is good simply because a little error can still be tolerated. Even if you don't get to see your deer fall, finding that foamy, pink blood trail usually won't take you too far.

Congrats to this hunter for a shot well placed!
