Authorities are seeking help in finding the identity of a mystery woman after she was struck by lightning. She's currently in critical condition.
Lightning strikes in themselves aren't mysterious, but officials have no clue who the woman is. The incident happened in Superior, Colorado. A lightning struck a woman underneath a tree. Bystanders saved her life by administering CPR.
"When first responders arrived, the female had no detectable pulse and was not breathing," authorities said in a press release. "After continued resuscitation efforts, she regained a faint pulse and began breathing on her own but remained unconscious."

"She was not carrying identification, and her cell phone was severely damaged and inoperable," the release read. "Multiple efforts to identify her, including fingerprinting and review of missing persons reports in Boulder County, have not been successful."
Police also added, "She has three butterflies tattooed on her right upper arm. She was wearing a dark color (grey/black) wind breaker style jacket. The running shorts are black with white stripes. Her shoes were white/pink Saucony running shoes."
Unfortunately, they're not able to show a photo right now due to her condition.
"We have already tried fingerprinting her, but there was no match in system. Our digital forensics lab is working on her phone, but it was severely damaged and it will take some time to get information from the phone. We are not releasing a photo right now because she sustained significant trauma from the lightning strike and she does not look like herself right now. If that decision changes, we will post an update," they said.
