World’s First Tractor Drive-By Card Split Trick Shot [VIDEO]

Channeling Steve McQueen, trick shot marksman 22Plinkster uses a Henry “Mare’s Leg” to split a playing card while driving a tractor.

Anyone who’s familiar with the television westerns of the 1950s and ’60s will surely recognize the gun trick shot artist 22Plinkster uses here. It’s a “Mare’s Leg” lever action rifle/pistol like the one Steve McQueen’s character Josh Randall used in the popular series “Wanted: Dead or Alive.”

22Plinkster mimics Randall’s man-of-few-words persona (not a word is spoken in this 60-second video) and skill with a gun, a Henry Mare’s Leg.

He drives past an ace of hearts playing card set up on a post and with one smooth shot shoots it clear in half.

The mare’s leg is an iconic gun that has made an impression in a number of movies and television series (“Once Upon a Time in the West,” “The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.” and “Firefly,” to name a few).

Josh Randall would have been proud.
