This is a salmon recipe that should be saved for a special occasion, or for any time you are in the mood for rich tasting fish and don’t want to travel to a fancy restaurant to get it. Luckily, seared salmon with cilantro cream sauce is extremely easy to make for yourself.
As seen in this Wide Open Spaces video, this dish tastes like something that would cost $29.99 if you were to order it off the menu, just like this other great tasting wild game recipe.

Seared Salmon with Cilantro Cream Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Clam Juice (Chicken broth would work also)
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- Olive oil (just enough to coat the bottom – be sure to remove most of the oil before adding the cream and juice)
