Tiger Shark Tries to Eat a GoPro, Sort of Succeeds [VIDEO]

This shark has a pretty good eye for electronics. Either that, or GoPros just look tasty.

Tiger sharks are such indiscriminate eaters, they’ve earned the nickname “The wastebasket of the sea.”

We’ll admit, for a shark that can grow up to 6 feet long and weigh up to 1,400 pounds, that isn’t the most dignified name.

We have a guy at the office who’ll eat almost anything. We’re going to start calling “The wastebasket of the office,” just to see if he likes it or not.

But our guess is not. And this shark decides to take out his frustration at his unfortunate nickname on a GoPro.

This video isn’t the first time tiger sharks have been guilty of eating strange things. Other highlights dug out of the stomachs of tiger sharks include tires, license plates, and even a fur coat. Yeesh.

So if you’re going swimming with tigers, make sure you keep track of your belongings. Or they might end up eaten.
