A fishing boat in Honolulu, Hawaii is in flames and getting further from the firefighters trying to put it out. Enter some guy on a jet ski to help save the day.
A boat on the bay in Honolulu caught fire and the firefighters called were having a hard time spraying it with their water cannon and still keep it close enough to shore.
Enter some guy on a jet ski that is obviously an experienced rider. Watch as he is able to not only push the boat back towards the firemen, but help extinguish the flames with his wake.
No telling what started the fishing boat on fire, but the fire department had its hands full on this one.
Obviously a fire boat might have helped but maybe it couldn’t make it to the scene in time. This quick-thinking man on the jet ski helped the firemen get the flames under control, but it was a dangerous prospect doing so.
Firefighters are the professionals and don’t generally need help from civilians. If asked, we should all be ready to help, but leave the fires to the pros!
