An unfortunate accident that was unavoidable in the snow-covered trails of Michigan's U.P.
Two snowmobilers enjoying the massive amount of snow dumped on the U.P. last week were out enjoying their rides when tragedy befell a small deer crossing their trail.
The owner of the video, YouTuber Dave Osborn, added this commentary to the video:
During a Night Ride near Amasa in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan, a small deer shot out in front of me and there was nothing I could do.

Do you think Dave had the opportunity to do something before hitting the deer? We imagine not, having seen how quickly they fly out of the brush while we've been out on our ATVs. An unfortunate end for a healthy deer, but that's the wild for you - especially in the U.P.
What would you have done in this situation? Have you ever hit wild game with a car, ATV, or snowmobile? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
