Two rutting bucks in Turning Point Park near the City of Rochester went a few rounds for one park-goer who caught it all on video.
Deer hunters are keenly aware that not all deer are available to hunt, and we couldn't care less. Scenes like this one, videotaped in Rochester's Turning Point, Park are a sight to behold for outdoorsmen and nature lovers alike.
Sit back and enjoy for a few moments a great brawl that most folks never get to see in their lifetimes.
Here's the video:
With 17 seconds left in the video, I couldn't help but to start yelling, "Down goes Frazier, down goes Frazier!"
Big thanks to the 13 WHAM ABC Facebook page for sharing this great video! The page, which posted the video on November 21, 2016 said, "[a viewer] sent us this video she shot Saturday of the bucks locking antlers near a trail in Turning Point Park in Rochester."
Since the firearms opener in that part of New York was on Saturday, November 19, it goes to show why the buck take had been quite good so far in the Empire State.
Certainly, Turning Point Park is off-limits to hunting and should be enjoyed as an outdoor recreation area for its beauty.
