Catch and release fishing was never more comical than watching this guy fill his net with one scoop.
They call it shooting fish in a barrel for a reason. Most fishermen have spent enough time on or near the water to see some kind of crazed run or migration that you could almost walk across.
All these guys had to do was get the boat close enough to dip the net, and voila, instant limit. The best part is, he put them right back into the water!
Remember that old saying: “Early to bed, early to rise, fish like hell and make up lies?” Well, wait until these guys get home and try telling everybody that they were ‘so thick all they had to do was drive the boat up and fill the net!’
Anybody that yells it ain’t fishing you haven’t ever: chased one down a stream that wasn’t ankle deep, caught crawdads with your bare hands, used a minnow trap, seen a ridiculous spring sucker run, or walked through a fish hatchery and wished you had that net!
Just a reminder: the first guy that made netting fish famous went by the name of Jesus.
