The hunting industry will remember 2015 as the year of Nomad camo.
When it comes to hunting, camo has been camo for years. Different color patterns come and go, but for the most part, it’s all the same stuff. However, Nomad camo is about to change everything.
Here’s a pretty sweet video from Marolina Outdoor, the same people who brought you Huk Gear, introducing Nomad camo.
Nomad will soon become the new standard in camo apparel.
For years, the only way to truly stay warm with traditional camo was to put on big bulky coats and bibs with tons of layers underneath. The Nomad camo layered system is something we haven’t really seen before.
All pieces are designed to be worn separately, or together, in an integrated assembly. Different pieces of the same camo can be worn from opening day to the close of the season. This provides options for any weather you encounter year-round.
Nomad camo is also extremely flexible and 100 percent silent. For most hunters, being silent is their top priority, with comfort coming in a close second. Nomad combines both demands with perfection.
All the scent control options on the market won’t do you any good if you sound like a street festival on the way to your stand. Complete stealth and all-day comfort were top of mind when the designers chose the fabrics for each piece.
Speaking of scent control, Nomad camo has gone above and beyond other manufacturers. They use a two-part approach to staying scent free.
First, all camo is infused with different nitrates designed to diffuse and hide the hunter’s natural odor. Second, they added a layer of volcanic rock, known as zeolyte, which actually traps odor. Every time you wash your camo, it recharges the odor absorption to help keep scent to a minimum.
Nomad camo is definitely a game changer. Full season flexibility, unmatched scent control, unquestionable comfort, and the Kryptek or Mossy Oak patterns will give you an edge in the field.
Nomad camo is available now, but make sure you order soon. Hunting season is right around the corner!
