A buck that was tangled in brush is wrestled to the ground in order to save it.
Members of QDMA (Quality Deer Management Association) came across an eight-point buck wrapped up in a tangled mess.
They went above the call of duty to not only release the buck, but also tag it for research.
Watch the buck saved by hunters.
The buck was spotted three days later at 700 yards. The yellow tags make the buck stick out like a sore thumb. This buck lost his antler a little earlier and it's likely he lost the other side soon, due to the stress of the event.
Hopefully the QDMA will learn a lot about the deer herd. It's always refreshing when hunters are great conservationists.
