A little girl and her pet owl share some kisses and love, but social media goes berserk anyway.
This is meant as a sweet, kind, and loving moment between a little girl and her pet, the only issue is that the pet is not a dog or a cat.
The question is: can a little girl share a cute moment with her owl?
The answer is: are you kidding me?
Any animal that we consider a pet can have a negative impact on us. We've all heard stories about a pet dog biting a family member, and cats will scratch and bite you just because. Having said that, this is a sweet moment and let them enjoy!
It's just that when things like birds of prey become a pet as opposed to a hunting partner you start to see a gray area around what is and isn't right about bringing a wild animal into your home. While this little girl and her 'pet' owl seem to have a special bond, certainly the owl is only aping her "love"
Even domestic pets have a way of showing when they've had too much of us, just ask any cat owner. When an owl with razor sharp talons does it... well all I can say is that, with all due respect, there aren't many women out there who consider a facial scar a badge of honor.
