Female shooters will be the stars as "Lady Hot Shots" begins filming this spring.
This year, lady shooters get their own version of the popular shooting competition show, "Hot Shots." Filming starts this spring under the direction of the same Emmy Award-winning production team that brought the original "Hot Shots" to cable.
Female shooters of all skill-levels will compete through 10 episodes, vying for a spot in the Lady Hot Shots Championship show that caps the season. Plans call for the series to debut on Sportsman Channel in January 2016, with a rebroadcast planned for The Blaze TV the following summer.
"Hot Shots" will be airing its fifth season when "Lady Hot Shots" makes its debut next year. Chances are good this new version will be successful as well. After all, females make up the fastest growing segment of the shooting market.
They like to shoot; maybe they'll like to watch other ladies shoot.
