Watch a fully-armored tank get its ass kicked by a hand-held, shoulder-fired Bill2 missile. You will most definitely cringe.
This is a demonstration of the Swedish made Bill2 anti-tank missile on a remotely controlled tank loaded with some extra phosphorous for effect.
When you see what this shoulder fired missile does to this tank you'll be damn glad that you're watching from your living room.
There may be some confusion to the origin of the video and its true place in military lore.
It seems pretty certainly to be made as a demonstration of the power of the Swedish-made Bill2 shoulder launched anti-tank missile. The video is very informative as to what the missile is designed to do: attack the top of the tank with an angled charge, taking advantage of what at that time was a weak spot in the tank.
This is a great look at the missile launch, how it follows the "wire" to the tank, and what it does upon the strike.
It's the order of military weaponry that tanks are safer and stronger than they have ever been, and that somewhere a munitions designer is making a new missile to combat it.
