This is How to Process a Deer in a Time Lapse Done Right

Here's how a deer processing time lapse looks!

Have you ever wanted to save a few bucks (no pun intended) by learning how to butcher your own deer once you harvest it? Deer processing can be an art, but overtime is worth the investment to learn.

Here's a pretty awesome time lapse video of how easy it can be with a little bit of practice. Not to mention you can save around $70 per deer!

Easy enough right?

Once you field dress it you then have to skin the deer and then follow that up by quartering the deer. It can be a lengthy process start to finish, but once you get the hang of it, it'll be like clockwork.

When it is all said and done, barring you didn't destroy some of the meat with a massive bullet hole, you will have the roasts, the shoulders, the tenderloins, the back straps, and whatever is left can be made into hamburger or chili meat.

Deer venison is excellent and if you can learn the science to successfully butchering a deer, you will be in for a real treat when the process is finished.
