Larry Vickers attends Russian Special Forces range drills and they are sure to leave you shaking your head in awe as they really push the boundaries compared to any other training you have witnessed.
The Russian FSB which is their state security service draws its lineage back to the infamous KGB. These guys train hard to provide an internal counterterrorism and counter espionage capability within the new Russia. These drills are clearly designed to build confidence in their armed wing for high stress and complex situations with instructor induced frictions to try to distract them from the task at hand.
