If you are looking for a few alternative ways to create fire, here’s another one.
Just last week we found a video that showed how to create fire with lemons and a few random household items. Well, here we are again, but this time we are going to show you how to create fire with sugar. Yes, you did read that right. Sugar and one other key ingredient is all you need to get the job done.
Let me just start out by saying that making sure you carry matches or a lighter sure would save a lot of time, but in the event of the apocalypse and you grab a bag of sugar from a grocery store and some potassium permanganate from the local community college chemistry lab, you will be in business.
Let the CrazyRussianHacker show you how.
So, yeah. Before this video, I don’t believe I have ever heard of potassium permanganate. If I would have found myself in the hypothetical apocalypse as elluded to above, and I found that bottle rummaging through the local community college, odds are I would eaten it thinking it had something to with bananas.
Here’s to holding off the apocalypse as long as possible.
