Have a hankering for fish tacos? Watch Brooke Thomas show you how it's done.
Hand it to Brooke Thomas - she knows how to fish AND her way around the kitchen. Does it get much better than that!
This awesome fish taco recipe, posted to her YouTube page, is a scrumptious delicacy that is both easy to make and sure to satisfy any and all taste buds.
Thomas whips this dish up with yellowtail, but like she says, it can be made with just about any type of fish - grouper, gags, mahi, etc. This recipe would also lend itself nicely to freshwater fish.
Thomas' recipe is straightforward and simple - and what's not to like about that.
- 2-3 Cups of finely shredded red or green cabbage
- Red Onion - to taste
- 3/4 - 1 Cup of Sour Cream
- Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Yellowtail filets
- Garlic Powder
- Flour Tortillas (you can also use corn)
- Avocado for topping
- Can also use slaw dressing as a sub for sour cream
And there you have it - Thomas' own sweet-tasting creation ready to hit your belly! Who's hungry now?!
Fish tacos will be a hit with the family - and will have folks thinking you're a classically-trained chef when it comes to putting food on the table.
