Skylodge Adventure Suites is located near the city of Cuzco in the Peruvian Andes and is operated by tour company Natura Vive. They measure 24 feet long and eight feet high and are constructed from weather-resistant polycarbonate and aluminum. They have six windows and four ventilation ducts, as well as an exit portal in the upper part of the pod.
Each suite includes four beds, a dining area, and a lighting system comprised of four interior lamps and a reading light powered by solar panels. The private bathroom is separated from the bedroom by an insulated wall and has a dry, ecological toilet and sink.
So how do you get to these fantastic suites?
Well, you can climb the 400-foot steel ladder up the face of a cliff or hike and zip line your way there through a maze of high altitude trails. Either way, Natura Vive's professional, bilingual guides will get you there safely.
