A Running Antelope Falls to an Amazing 600-Yard Shot

A running antelope can travel at speeds up to 55 miles per hour, but not faster than Zac Griffith's bullets.

After taking a long shot, which he believed hit it's mark, Zac Griffith makes an amazing shot to anchor a big running antelope.

Watch the video to see the feat for yourself.

Wow! We've seen some pretty impressive shots on running animals before, but not from 600 yards away.

If you'd like to try your hand at an antelope hunt like the one shown in the video, you're in luck. Wyoming has more antelope than the rest of the continent combined, tags are easy to acquire, and success rates are very high. Visit the state's Game and Fish Department's website to learn more about applying for tags and public and private land hunting opportunities. Then get out there and tag a big goat like Zac Griffith's.
