This Artist’s Lifelike Copperhead Custom Walking Stick is Worthy of Museums

Get ready to be amazed by an artist that can make a custom walking stick come to life as any snake you can imagine.

Artist Mike Stinnett is a genius at making canes, walking sticks, and other staffs into incredible lifelike works of art that just so happen to look like living snakes!

This is one of many pieces he has carved and from a single piece of wood! Here’s the amazing artist in action showing just how it looks from start to finish.

Mike Stinnett says that he is “an Eastern Oregonian that loves the outdoors.” Thankfully for us, he graciously shares the art he so painstakingly creates.

He starts with a drawing and works his way up woodworking tools. The process is so amazing it hardly looks real! One piece of wood and you have a lifelike walking stick that looks like it could reach out and bite you.

By the way, did you happen to see what he used to cut out the eye? A spent shell casing! Cheers to this wonderful artist and all his creations!
