Will This Octopus Catch This Crab for Breakfast? [VIDEO]

When an octopus is chasing down his breakfast, the difference between victory and defeat is measured by how fast his quarry can swim.

Octopi eat crabs. Crabs know this. Crabs will swim away as fast as they can. Crabs don’t swim very fast.

When an octopus is chasing down a crab dinner there is usually only one ending.

A moment of silence for Mr. Crab, please.

Nature is cold blooded. Rooting for one or the other of these animals is a human condition. People tend to try and put personality and a face on wild creatures to make them seem more human.

An octopus has to hunt to survive in the wild, and crabs are only one of their prey. As hunters and fishermen, we can understand the difficulty in the honest pursuit of game: sometimes you’re successful, other times not.

It’s a good thing that cheeseburgers can’t run or there would be a lot of hungry anti-hunters out there.

There are a lot of people in the world who still don’t understand the concept that food doesn’t come from the grocery store.
