Some great deer have already hit the ground this season.
Deer seasons are in full swing in most states already, and most hunters have been out at least a few times. But a few have already found incredible success this season.
For today's #WhitetailWednesday, here are some of the incredible bucks hunters have already taken this year.
Double main beam
Nothing says character quite like a double main beam. This monster grossed 193.
Mississippi 36-pointer
This 36-pointer just fell to a hunter in Mississippi. Some theories suggest it's a lack of testosterone led to this unique rack that was still in velvet.

There's a big reason Illinois is considered a trophy-buck destination and here are two more reasons why!
New York piebald
Not every awesome whitetail story is determined by size. This awesome buck fell to Dannon Lamphier in New York. It was a bittersweet hunt, as he took this buck the same day his grandmother died.
Carolina Cactus
Nothing says freak buck quite like a cactus buck. This one fell in Johnson County, North Carolina. Talk about one of a kind!
A buck named Fleek
Here's one that's more than just a photo, the whole hunt was caught on video. Sarah Bowmar and her husband watched this old Ohio buck all season before she finally got a chance to arrow him early.
The 30-point buck
We don't have many details on this one yet. We just happened to run across this photo on Instagram. We'll bring more info as soon as we hear it.
Potential Louisiana state record
Last year was a good year to be a hunter in the south, and it looks like it may be that way again after dentist Frank Sullivan arrowed this monster in early October.
