What Happens When You Shoot Down Another Gun’s Barrel?

You know you’ve always wondered what would happen.

Barrels are meant to handle a lot of pressure and force; but, that’s all in the outward direction. What happens when you switch that around and shot a round down the barrel of another gun? Will the gun just explode (I hope)? Maybe it just jams up the gun and somehow survives the impact. Watch the video below to find out.

Well, that answers that question, you can disable a gun by shooting it right down the barrel. A shot I don’t recommend.

I do have to admit, I own a Hi-Point. While it’s not pretty, light, or cool to admit that I own one in public, the gun is rugged and shoots every time I pull the trigger. I’m a little surprised that the gun didn’t need another shot to finish it off.
