The Webley Mk VI Revolver is the Definition of Old School Cool

This old Webley Mk VI is from a time past.

Originally chambered for the .455 Webley Cartridge, the Webley Mk VI was a really cool looking gun.

Here’s a Webley revolver that was converted to .45 ACP. Check it out:

The Webley Mk VI revolver shared by Duelist1954 (also known as Mike Beliveau) is one very interesting revolver.

This old top break action revolver was chambered in the .455 Webley Cartridge but was rechambered to use .45 ACP cartridges in moon clips.

A shooter must be careful with the hotter .45 ACP cartridges as they indeed run higher pressures than the original .455 Webley Cartridges. This could cause major damage to the revolver and the shooter so hand load light.

Now we all know a little more about the very interesting old British warhorse revolver way back from 1916.
