Remember the days when you’d slap a bucket hat on your head, put on your favorite Hawaiian shirt and go fishing?
Yeah, me neither.
But the following video will take you back in time as some anglers fish the Great Barrier Reef.
They’re still catching marlin and grouper Down Under, but the boats and tackle don’t look like that anymore and the regulations are much stricter.
The attire is a wee bit different, too. But, hey, this is vintage stuff.
Still, it’s fun to watch, and it reminded me of fishing with my grandfather—and seeing photos of him fishing back in the day.
