In this video, turkey hunter and Quaker Boy pro staffer Chris Kirby teaches how to use a foam fit mouth call to create three essential turkey calls: clucks, purrs and cutts.

“You have to understand that what we’re trying to do is reverse nature,” Kirby says in the video. “We the hen are supposed to go to him. So throughout your hunt you have to take that turkeys temperature and try to figure out when to call and when not to call.”
