This awesome footage was captured along the pacific coast of Baja California, Mexico by photographer Mark Carwardine. Just the footage of the whales from the boat was a pretty cool encounter, but to get the big picture from above really helps show the massive size of these awesome mammals.
It would be pretty cool to go out on a boat and actually greet the migrating whales. I’m surprised at how friendly they are with humans. I had no idea wild whales would not only tolerate people, but actually seek out their affection!
While there has been much debate over the use of drones, they are definitely capturing some spectacular scenes with them. This video is more proof of that.
