TOPS Unveils Two New Knives

TOPS is back at it again, introducing the all-new El Chappo and Mini Scandi Folder 4.0 knives.

TOPS Knives doesn't play around when it comes to offering their customers variety. Their website features a huge selection of different blades made for different functions, as well as accessories and apparel.

But, just recently, they debuted two new knives that each bring something different to the table.

El Chappo

TOPS President Leo Espinoza had tested various cleaver designs before. So, after the FMS knives experienced success, and considering they were already unveiling a new chef knife, he decided this knife was a must. The El Chappo is a rugged cleaver you can take with you anywhere, or leave at home in the kitchen if you so choose. You can use this 6-inch blade to chop through any meat or heavy veggies, although it especially shines when chopping meat.

Mini Scandi Folder 4.0

When TOPS released the Mine Scandi Knife, it took the industry by storm. So, it only seems logical for other versions of the fan favorite to follow. First it was the Scandi Trekker, and now it's the MSF 4.0. This knife is a flipper-style folder, meaning it's non-assisted. The blade is made of N690Co steel, which does a great job of both holding an edge and resisting stains. Espinoza designed this knife as well, aiming for a durable, everyday-carry knife that slices effortlessly. With a stainless steel frame, tan canvas Micarta handle scales and a reversible pocket clip for right- or left-handed users, this knife is just that.
