Throw Boiling Water into Freezing Air to Create Canadian Fireworks

We’ve all seen the image of the arctic photographer throwing hot tea into frigid air, but this video is something special.

These ‘Canadian fireworks’ are so beautiful and are produced through the magical laws of physics that seem to defy expectation every single time, like throwing boiling water into freezing air.

Watch this man throw a huge pot of boiling water into freezing air at -25C.

Almost unbelievable, right? Honestly, the amount of faith this guy has in science is truly incredible. If it didn’t work out, it’d just be boiling water right to the face

However, I guess it’s possible that not all of the water froze. In fact, if you watch it again and focus on the direct area to the guy’s back, it seems like there were some non-frozen particles.

Have you ever done this on your backcountry hikes or hunting trips? We’d love to see pictures!
