This Squirrel’s Eye View on a GoPro is Actually Nuts

When a squirrel steals a GoPro and takes it up into the trees, you get a point of view that is absolutely nuts.

Squirrels are definitely one species with a reputation for horsing around. As shown in the footage below, one squirrel seems to have mistaken a GoPro for a nut, taking it up into the canopy of trees in a city park, giving a perfect point of view shot of what it’s like to climb through the limbs and leaves far above the ground.

Take a tour of the treetops with a squirrel’s eye view in this video, shared by Viva Frei via Storyful.

Evidently, at some point during the squirrel’s short film career, it discards the camera from high above. After its fall, the camera is picked up by its very satisfied owner, who seems to be eager to watch the footage taken in collaboration with the squirrel. Either way, this particular squirrel is certainly a GoPro hero.
