Could You Catch a Salmon With Your Teeth? This Bobcat Did

bobcat

A bobcat in Washington’s Olympic National Park was caught on video chasing down a salmon for lunch. Did you know that bobcats are such good fishermen?

Cats and fish go together like peas and carrots so it’s not a surprise that a full grown ‘Bob’ in Washington State was seen catching a spawning salmon.

Since these shy and elusive wild cats aren’t seen on film all that often, this is a chance to see one in action!

You’ll thank us later.

Big thanks to the Olympic National Park Facebook page for sharing this great video.

Wildcats in Washington State are as elusive as anywhere and certainly worth a look when the chance arises.

Even though spawning salmon are fairly easy targets for many animals, this bobcat still had to work to get his lunch. Let’s hope he didn’t get a belly ache from that big fish!
